About Pierson Wealth Management
Pierson Wealth Management was founded by Ivy Pierson in 2006. After 6 years serving clients at Morgan Stanley, Ivy made a deliberate choice: to build the kind of practice she had always believed in. A place where financial planning came before product recommendations. Where the relationship with a client mattered more than a sales quota. Where she could sit down with someone, understand their whole life, and build a strategy around what they actually needed.
She started Pierson Wealth Management from a home office, and what happened next told her everything she needed to know. Her clients followed. Not because they had to, but because she focused on understanding their lives, not just managing their money. For over 25 years, Pierson Wealth Management has grown primarily through referrals, reflecting her consistent commitment to thoughtful, personalized planning.
Why Ivy Built This Firm
Early in her career, Ivy worked for some of the largest financial firms in the country. She was good at the job — ranked among the top advisors at her firm — but something never sat right. The model was built around selling products, not solving problems.
“How can I invest your lifetime savings if I don’t know what your goals are?” she would ask. That question became the foundation of everything Pierson Wealth Management does today.
Ivy left Morgan Stanley in 2006 to build her own firm, focused from day one on holistic financial planning: understanding the whole person before recommending a single strategy. What happened next confirmed her approach. Clients continued to work with her because she emphasized a planning-first, relationship-first philosophy that aimed to meet their individual needs. That response became the proof of concept for everything Pierson Wealth Management stands for today.
Today, Pierson Wealth Management is a team-based, high-touch practice in the heart of Santa Clarita — built around the belief that real financial security comes from a plan designed for your life, not a template built for someone else’s.
